Four in a row for Boys & Girls Nursery Croxley Green!
We are over the moon to announce the results of our latest Ofsted inspection. Our Croxley Green nursery was inspected on 28th January and achieved its fourth GOOD rating in a row! The inspector commended the relationships the team have with the children, noting that children’s emotional needs are met well, and that staff know children well and are tuned into their interests.
The nursery has been rated as ‘good’ in all areas and the Ofsted inspector also commented that ‘Babies learn in a fun and playful way’, and ‘Staff help children gain an understanding of what contributes to a healthy lifestyle. Children eat freshly cooked, nutritious lunches’.
Special mentions were made about the management team, noting ‘Members of the leadership team have high expectations of staff and children. They are clear about what they want children to be ready to learn and how they can teach this. This helps give children a sound skill set to start with when they move to future settings, such as school’
