Boys & Girls Nursery create their own mini ‘Royal Hampton Court Flower Show’

With the start of the Royal Hampton Court Flower Show the Pre-Schoolers at all four nurseries went head to head to see who produced the most creative flower display.

The competition was judged by Amie Bone a local and exceptionally talented florist. “It was an honour to be asked to judge this competition. All displays were beautiful it was very difficult to pick a winner. To me Croxley Green stood out with their creative way the flowers were presented. Congratulations to the boys and girls at Croxley Green.” Said Amie Bone.

Natasha Kirby, Director, Boys & Girls Nursery added “What a fun competition that allows creativity to flow and also teaches children about the importance of team work. All week they have been learning about flowers which forms part of the EYFS ‘Understanding the World’. Well done everyone, we certainly have some green fingers at Boys & Girls Nursery.”
