Staff

We are totally committed to you and your child.  We are also totally committed to choosing the right staff and giving them the right level of support to enable them to deliver our promises to you.  We leave nothing to chance when it comes to your child.

Each child is allocated a Key Worker.  This is the person who is responsible for keeping and updating your child’s development records, planning for their individual needs, and ensuring that your child is happy, safe and content.

Our staff are hand picked and go through a rigorous interview and assessment process.  This process ensures that all experience and qualifications are checked and validated for accuracy and references are always taken up.  All of our staff have monthly reviews which enable training needs to be identified, as well as discussing what is going well and where we can do things better.  This two way dialogue not only promotes best practices but also further develops our very strong team.

Of course, safety is of paramount importance to us and therefore all of our staff:-
• Have a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check which is re-checked every 3 years.
• Hold a valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate which is updated every 3 years or as guidelines change.
• Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate which is updated every 3 years or as guidelines change.

Our staff are dedicated and really believe in what they do.  They welcome the opportunity to both give and receive feedback, formally and informally, and discuss any issues, ideas or concerns you may have.  This helps us to give your child the best possible care every time.
